- •1.Multiple gestation
- •2.Polyhydramnios
- •3.Anemia (Hb<10gm/dl)
- •4.Rupture of amniotic sac
- •5.Receive anticoagulant drug
- •6.Previous post-partum haemorrhage, History of bad obstetrical outcome
- •7.High risk co-morbidity (eg., cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, hepatobiliary disease, Chronic kidney disease, Hematologic disorder)
- •8.Body temperature more than 38 degree Celsius
- •9.Family history of coagulopathy
- •10.Abnormal placentation
- •11.Placental abruption
- •12.Pelvic mass (eg., myopia uteri, ovarian tumor)
- •13.Uterine rupture
- •14.Preeclampsia with severe feature, eclampsia
- •15.Unstable maternal vital sign
- •16.Abnormal fetal heart tracing
- •17.Intra-operative complication (severe adhesion, uterine atony, internal organ injury)
