入选标准
- •Pediatric patients aged 29 days to 6 years scheduled for elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
排除标准
- •Neonates less than or equal to 28 days of life,
- •Cardiac surgery without cardiopulmonary bypass,
- •Inborn errors of metabolism,
- •Hypersensitivity to Aminoacid,
- •Severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT/AST 2 times above normal range),
- •Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine 2 times above normal range),
- •Preoperative mechanical ventilation or inotropes,
- •Emergency surgery,
- •Refusal to participate in the study
