入选标准
- •1.Postgraduate medical students who are appearing for examination (Annual exam and Supplementary exam) and are willing to be a part of the study will be included.
- •2.Students who have access to smart phone, laptop or tablet for listening to the intervention
排除标准
- •1.Students with diagnosed pre-existing anxiety disorder or any other mental health problem will be excluded from the study.
- •2.Any student suffering from conductive or sensorineural hearing loss during the intervention period
