- •1.Pain in the renal angle & loin region, radiating towards groin.
- •2.Renal & Bladder Stone size up to 20mm.
- •3.Ureteric Stone size up to 10mm
- •4.Radiographic and?or USG evidence of the stone.
- •5.Crystals of stone.
- •6.Urolithiatic patientsvwith controlled Hypertantion and Diabetic mellitus.

- •1.Renal failure.
- •2.Gross Hydronephrosis.
- •3.Acute pain abdomen.
- •4.Cases which requires surgical intervention.
- •5.sever haematuria.
- •6.Renal & Bladder Stone size > 20mm
- •7.Ureteric Stone size > 10mm
- •8.Known case of Malignancy.
- •9.Known case of Tuberculosis.
- •10.Known case of HIV, VDRL & Hepatitis-B Positive.
