- •1)Patients having signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described in Ayurvedic texts such as-
- •2 Gurghuraka
- •3 Greeva Shirisha Sangruhya
- •4 Ativativra Vega Shwasa
- •5 Kanthodhvamsa
- •6 Asinolabahte Saukhyama
- •2)symptoms mentioned in modern texts such as-
- •3shortness of breath
- •3)Uncomplicated cases of Tamaka Shwasa
- •4)Patients willing to participate in trial
排除标准
- •1)Age below 18 years and above 60 years
- •2)Pregnant and lactating women
- •3)Patients having complications like-
- •1 cor-pulmonale
- •2 pulmonary TB
- •3 emphysema
- •4 pneumonia
- •5 cystic fibrosis
- •6 malignancy
- •7 severe anaemia
- •8 renal failure
- •9 congestive cardiac failure.
- •10 Patients suffering from malignant and accelerated hypertension
- •11 coronary artery disease
- •12 uncontrolled diabetes.
- •4)Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness and also patient on prolonged corticosteroid use
