入选标准
- •a) at least 1 of the following symptoms from the symptom group cardiopulmonary (palpitations or heart palpitations, discomfort in the heart area); threshold value: at least 3 on the 5-point response scale
- •b) At least one or more of the stress symptoms mentioned in the checklist must have occurred repeatedly within a period of at least 3-6 months
- •c) excessive thoughts, feelings, or behaviors regarding the somatic symptoms or associated health concerns
- •d) the intensity of cardio-vascular symptoms must show a minimum score of 4 on the numerical rating scale (NRS)
排除标准
- •a) Pregnancy;
- •b) patients with acute organic heart disease
- •d) patients with relatively severe systemic diseases, with severe psychiatric diseases and suicidal patients
- •g) permanent pain medication
