入选标准
- •Patient age >/= 18 years old and
- •Severe sepsis/ septic shock (Hospital acquired infection) and
- •Admitted in hospital more than 48 hours
排除标准
- •Hypercalcemia (serum calcium >/= 10 mg/dl)
- •Hyperphosphatemia (serum phosphate >/= 6 mg/dl)
- •Current therapy with nutritional vitamin D at any doses
- •History of primary parathyroid disease
- •Metabolic bone disease
- •Expected to die within 48 hours
- •History of transplantation
- •Malignancy with poor prognosis
