•? The diagnosis of the disease was in line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation in the first edition of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines - Orthopedics Branch compiled by the Chinese Medical Association in 2009, and was confirmed by lumbar CT or MRI.
•? Patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery.
•? Patients with preoperative fatigue visual analogue score < 3.
•? Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of POFS after surgery.
•? No serious other diseases are present.
•Age =18 years old.
•? They have normal cognitive ability.
•?The number of days in hospital =7 days.
