入选标准
- •ASA physical status I or II
- •- BMI < 35 kg/m2
- •- Diagnosed as mandibular prognathism or skeletal class III malocclusion
- •- Require a mandibular setback surgery with bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSRO) with or without maxillary surgery
排除标准
- •- Present with any uncontrolled systemic disease or undergoing the medications that may affect the sleep condition
- •- Existing OSA
- •- Craniofacial syndrome
- •- Previous orthognathic surgery or naso-oropharynx surgery
- •- Significant change in BMI during the study period
