入选标准
- •1.A 16-30 year-old healthy subject at the age of 16-30 years with ASA I-II
- •2.Unerupted bilateral mandibular third molars categorized as Pell and Gregory classification class I-II and position A-B
- •3.No sign of inflammation or pathologic conditions
排除标准
- •1.Buccal bone of the mandibular second molar is removed more than a half of the crown width.
- •2. Intra-operative bleeding that is required application of local hemostatic agent into the tooth socket for hemostasis.
- •3.Inadvertent intra-operative complications such as lingual plate fracture, tooth dislodgement etc.
- •4.Patient desires to undergo surgical removal of impaction one another time.
- •6.Failure to attend the follow-up session: 1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months and 4 months
