- •Not having a monthly cycle for one year or menopausal hormone testing
- •Age 60-45 years
排除标准
- •aphysical disabilities
- •undergo psychiatric treatment or receive any psychotherapy medication
- •artificial menopause with medication or surgery,
- •having chronic medical problems
- •Thyroid problems (haypoactivity or hyperactivity
- •Use of hormone and other endocrine drugs
- •Having a history of stressful events or recent months such as the death of a spouse or relatives
- •Having a history of drug and alcohol abuse
