- •Modified mallampatti class 1 and 2
- •BMI < 30 kg/ m2
- •Posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Modified mallampatti class 3 and 4
- •BMI >30 kg/ m2
- •Thyromental distance < 6.5cm
- •Negative upper lip bite test
- •Restricted neck movement ( flexion < 25 degrees, extension < 85 degrees )
- •Previous history of difficult intubation
