- •1.ASA I -II patients posted for elective laparoscopic surgery.
排除标准
- •1.Postoperative admission in an intensive care unit with sedation or ventilator assistance
- •allergy to bupivacaine
- •2.Cognitive impairment or mental retardation
- •3.Use of opioids before surgery
- •4.Progressive degenerative diseases of the CNS
- •5.Convulsions or chronic therapy with antiepileptic drugs
- •6.Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- •7.Allergy to one of the specific drugs under study
- •8.Acute infection or inflammatory chronic disease
- •9.Alcohol or drug addiction
- •10.Any kind of communication problem
- •11.Neurologic or psychiatric disease
