入选标准
- •Iranian and resident of Yasouj
- •Being literate in reading and writing
- •Willing to participate in research
- •Women aged 45-60
- •Duration of menopause at least 1 and at most 5 years
- •Absence of menopause at ages younger than 40 years old
- •Pap smear test is normal
- •Complaining of hot flashes
- •Not using tobacco and alcohol
- •Not suffering from physical diseases
- •Not suffering from mental diseases according to the statement of the research unit
- •Not suffering from infectious and febrile diseases
- •No unfortunate and stressful events in life in the past 6 months
- •No depression, stress or severe anxiety
- •No use of treatments such as hormone therapy, food supplements, medicinal plants containing phytoestrogens, etc. in the Previous 6 months for Relieving the side effects of menopause
- •Not taking drugs that affect vasomotor symptoms such as veraliprid, clonidine within 3 months before entering Research
- •No contraindications to hormone use
- •Body mass index less than 30
排除标准
- •Reluctance to continue participating in the research.
- •Suffering from febrile diseases during the study
- •Simultaneous participation in another clinical trial
- •Hospitalization for any reason during the research period
- •Occurrence of any possible complications during the research period
- •Consumption of soy or its products during the study
- •Failure to take the drug for 4 consecutive doses or 6 alternating doses.
- •Occurrence of a severe stressful event during the study
