入选标准
- •1. Infraumbilical surgeries like URS, TURP, bladder surgeries, inguinal hernia, hydrocele,
- •hemorrhoidectomy, lower limb surgeries like amputation, lower limb debridement etc
- •2. ASA grade 1 and 2
排除标准
- •1. ASA grade 3 and 4
- •2. Patients refusing spinal anaesthesia
- •3. Allergic to amide local anaesthetics
- •4. Coagulopathy
- •5. Neuromuscular disease
- •6. Local infection at the site of proposed spinal puncture
- •7. Morbidly obese( >130kgs)
- •8. Pregnant women
- •9. Spine deformities
