- Female
入选标准
- •1. Patient who undergoes elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery
- •2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III
- •3. Patient with age between 18-65
- •4.Patient who accept to be included in the project.
排除标准
- •1. Patient who have psychological symptoms.
- •2. Patient with pregnancy and breast feeding
- •3. Patient with morbid obesity
- •4. Patient with abnormal EKG (QT prolong ,Torsades de pointes)
- •5. Patient who have contraindication of olanzapine (drug allergy,parkinson disease,dementia)
- •6. Patient with severe metabolic disease
- •7. Patient who have indication for nasogastric tube after surgery
- •8. Patient with history of chemotherapy within 4 weeks before surgery
- •9. Patient who refuse to be included in the project.
