入选标准
- •ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients with normal coagulation profile requiring nasal intubation for any surgery of duration upto 4hours.
排除标准
- •1.H/O cough and cold in past two weeks
- •2.Patients taking any oral decongestants, nonsteroidal inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS) or anti histamines
- •3.H/O nasal deformity or nasal trauma
- •4.H/O recurrent epistaxis, known allergy to used drugs
- •5.Patients with dearanged liver function profile
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Uncontrolled hypertension
