简要总结

This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of the Scap-Sync Protocol and Sahrmann exercises on pain, cervical mobility, and functional disability in individuals with non-specific neck pain associated with forward head posture. Participants will be randomly allocated into two intervention groups. The Scap-Sync Protocol focuses on scapular stabilization and neuromuscular coordination, while Sahrmann exercises emphasize cervical motor control and muscle re-education.

Primary and secondary outcomes will include craniovertebral angle (to assess forward head posture), pain intensity, cervical range of motion, and neck-related functional disability. Measurements will be recorded at baseline and after completion of the intervention period. The study aims to determine which exercise approach is more effective in improving posture, reducing pain, and enhancing functional outcomes in individuals with non-specific neck pain.
