入选标准
- •Patients undergoing laryngeal microscopic surgery or nasal bone reduction operation under general anesthesia
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system of I-II
- •Aged 20-60 years
排除标准
- •Difficult intubation was anticipated
- •If patients had a neuromuscular disorder that could impair neuromuscular block
- •Significant renal or hepatic dysfunction
- •A (family) history of malignant hyperthermia
- •Allergy to narcotics,neuromuscular blocking agents, or other medication used during general anesthesia
- •Receiving medications expected to interfere with the neuromuscular blocking agents
