入选标准
- •1. Patient with post-stroke dysphagia;
- •2. After routine treatment, the indications of life are stable, and the course of disease is less than 3 months;
- •3. Clinical difficulty in dysphagia, drinking water and cough;
- •4. Soft palate, throat muscle, tongue muscle, masseter muscle or facial muscle dyskinesia, no tongue muscle atrophy and lingual muscle tremor;
- •5. Physiological brain stem reflex: soft tendon reflex exists or hyperthyroidism, mandibular reflex hyperthyroidism. Pathological brainstem reflex (sucking, palmar reflex, etc.) is positive;
- •6. Obtain and sign an informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1. Large area of cerebral infarction and severe cerebral hemorrhage;
- •2. Have ball paralysis or pseudo ball paralysis symptoms for more than 90 days;
- •3. Patients with conscious disorders;
- •4. People with cognitive dysfunction;
- •5. Have severe multiple organ failure;
- •6. Have bleeding risk and other bleeding risk;
- •7. Unable to complete acupuncture treatment protocol.
