入选标准
- •Generalized Gingivitis Patient:
- •Individual with at least 20 remaining teeth with:
- •Gingival index > 20%
- •Bleeding on probing > 20% of sites
- •Probing depth <= 4mm
- •Clinical attachment loss <1mm
- •Generalized Chronic Periodontitis Patient
- •Individual with at least 20 remaining teeth with:
- •Gingival Index >20%
- •Bleeding on Probing > 20%
- •Probing Depth > 4mm
- •Clinical Attachment Loss >= 1mm
排除标准
- •Any periodontal surgery in the past 6 months.
- •Any chronic diseases, infectious diseases, immunological diseases, pregnancy, lactation, smoking (current or former smoker for 10 years).
- •Use of medications such as: antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, and lipid-lowering drugs.
