入选标准
- •1. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis having sacroiliac joint pain.
- •2. Patients with osteoarthritis having sacroiliac joint pain.
- •3. Patients with psoariatic arthritis having sacroiliac joint pain.
- •4. Patients with trauma having sacroioliac joint pain.
排除标准
- •1. Pre-existing local infection at the site of sacroiliac joint block.
- •2. Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders.
- •3. Contraindication to steroids.
- •4. Patients having sensory or motor problem in lower limb.
- •5. Patients who failed to understand visual analogue scale (VAS) scoring system.
- •6. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •7.Patient with current history of psychiatric illness, communication difficulties.
