•Participants aged between eighteen and fifty years with medical diagnosis of patellar tendon or tendon tendon disease for at least 3 months and have a VISA score (P and A) of less than 80 points without treatment for at least 3 months and signed the term of free and informed consent.

•Individuals with neurological disorders that affect cognitive behavior and pain perception; conditions in the knee or ankle region (such as rheumatoid arthritis; osteoarthritis or fractures) that make it impossible to perform the assessments or protocol proposed;
•pregnancy; previous surgical procedure in the tendon; use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) during the last 2 weeks; injection of corticosteroids; diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled hypertension.
