入选标准
- •1.Patients, who requires an obturator prosthesis, will be selected after primary healing from surgical trauma or acute infection control.
- •2.Patients, who have at least 2 functional occlusal units
- •3.Maxillary defects classified under Aramany class I to VI defects or/ and soft palate defects
- •4.Age group of 18 years & above
排除标准
- •1.Physical & psychiatric/ neurological disability that will interfere with the study
- •2.Patients who have speech impairment not related to maxillary defect
- •3.Minimum jaw opening of 15mm or less
- •4.Mouth opening restriction due to fibrosis
- •5.Patients who had undergone free flap closure or free flap bone reconstruction
- •6.Patients with TMJ Disorder
