入排标准
入选标准
- •Age over 18 years and less than 75 years
- •Patients undergoing CABG or valve or combined CABG and Valve surgery
- •Willing to provide informed consent for participations
排除标准
- •End stage renal disease, or CKD stage 5 (GFR < 15ml/min)
- •Ongoing infection by positive blood, urine or sputum cultures
- •Pregnant or lactating females
- •Advanced liver disease (cirrhosis, ascitis, jaundice)
- •Evidence of acute kidney injury prior to surgery
- •Neurologic signs or symptoms or history of increased intracranial pressures
- •Current participation in another interventional research
