The overarching aim is to explore whether the behaviour change programme is effective in increasing physical activity among Chinese children. Intending to following up this work with a future randomised controlled trial (RCT), the subsidiary objective of this early phase study is to determine the feasibility of undertaking the future RCT.

入选标准
- •children aged 10 to 12 who are currently studying and residing in Yangzhou, China;
- •participants (including children, parents and physical education teachers) who are willing and able to attend the feasibility study;
- •children who have given verbal assent;
- •parents and physical education teachers who are able to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •Medical conditions or physical injuries (reported by children, teachers, parents or school doctors) that may prevent children from engaging with the intervention
