入选标准
- •1.Aged between 18 to 40 years
- •2.AO/OTA-42 Tibial fractures
- •3.Isolated closed fracture or open (upto grade 2 Gustilo-Anderson) fractures of tibia amenable to fixation with intramedullary nail
- •4.No previous history of knee surgery
- •5.No previous history of chronic knee pain
- •6.Patient giving consent for study
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 and more than 40
- •2.Pre-operative history of knee pain or arthritis
- •3.Intra-articular tibia fracture
- •4.Pathological fracture
- •5.Prior fracture of ipsilateral tibia
- •6.Previous knee surgery
- •7.Polytrauma patients and patients with fractures in the ipsilateral limb
- •8.Patient not giving consent for study
- •9.Pregnant females
