- •1) Primary caregiver in the family who provides care the patient
- •2) The person spending the most time caring for the patient
- •3) Signs the informed consent
- •1.2. Status of living with the patient
- •1) Living with the patient and spending the most time caring for the patient
- •2) Not living with the patient, but spending the most time caring for the patient
- •2. Patient
- •1) Included in the CREDOS database
- •2) Alzheimer's disease or subcortical vascular dementia
- •3) Conducted or will conduct MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination), CDR (Clinical Dementia Rating, SB) in 2012
排除标准
- •1) Caregiver cannot respond to interviews due to health problems
- •2) Caregiver unable to communicate
- •3) Long-term absence, moved out of the area and cannot be located
- •4) The patient is institutionalized at the time of the interview with the caregiver
