入选标准
- •Primigravida of age = 18years with period of gestation = 37 weeks with singleton pregnancy with vertex presentation with cervical dilatation = 5cm, in active stage of labor.
排除标准
- •Women with clinical evidence of cephalopelvic disproportion
- •Malpresentations
- •Multiple pregnancies
- •Previously scarred uterus (post myomectomy, post caesarean)
- •Induced labor
- •Antepartum haemorrhage
- •Premature Rupture of Membranes
- •Preeclampsia
- •History of medical disorders like cardiac, renal and liver diseases
- •Intrauterine foetal death
- •Oligohydramnios,fetal growth restriction, congenital anomalies in the fetus.
