- •1) All patients presenting with resectable and bulky periampullary and pancreatic head tumors planned for pancreaticoduodenectomy will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Unresectable (locally advanced/metastatic) disease
- •2. Patients refusing consent for the study
- •3. Synchronous malignancy elsewhere
- •4. Patients treated with chemo/radiotherapy
- •5. Patients subjected to an earlier surgical exploration without tumor resection
- •6. Patients unfit for surgery
