入选标准
- •1.Willingness to comply with any of the randomly chosen treatment program.
- •2.Low Back Pain for at least three months
- •3.Age 18-28years
- •4.BMI- 18.5-24.9
排除标准
- •1.Presence of radiculopathy or other damage to spine such as fracture, stenosis and tumors.
- •2.Non habitual exercise practitioners
- •3.Cardiovascular systemic disease
- •4.Neurological deficits
- •5.Presence of any psychiatric disorders which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms
- •6.History of spinal surgery
- •7.Inflammatory, infections and malignant disease of vertebrae
