- •ASA physical status I or II
- •Age 18-60 years
- •Controlled diabetic patients of > 3 years duration;HbA1C >8
排除标准
- •Any neuromusular disease
- •Predicted difficult airway with laryngoscopic tome > 15 secs
- •History of liver or renal disease
- •History of alcohol or drug abuseHistory of gastric esophageal reflux disease
- •High blood pressure or the use of beta blocking agent
- •Hypersensitivity to any of the frugs to be used
