•Serum AMH (Anti Mullerian Hormone)<=1.2/ml,
•AFC (Antral Follicle Count) < 5(Follicles between 2-9 mm assessed sonographically on day 2/3 of periods),
•Serum FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) > 12,
•Hb >11 gm% and platelets >1.5 lakhs.

•previous history of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), Suspected pelvic adhesions, known clinical/biochemical hyperandrogenism or PCOS, Severe male factor infertility, history of symptoms of platelet dysfunction such as easy bruisability, frequent nose-bleeds, heavy menstrual bleeding, bleeding gums or excessive bleeding during dental procedures ,blood borne disease like Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, HIV, NSAIDs intake in 10 days before the procedure ,patient on anticoagulant therapy, mullerian abnormality, Ashermann Syndrome, moderate /severe endometriosis, active vaginal/cervix infection, any significant co-morbidity/ psychiatric disorder which compromise or interfere with consent giving/study participation/ follow up or interpretation of study.
