- •More than 5 years of illness
- •Patients with type 2 diabetes

- •The use of alternative therapies, including hormones or vitamin supplements
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •Chronic kidney disease
- •Chronic liver disease
- •Chronic Pulmonary Disease
- •Chronic or acute inflammatory diseases
- •Heart valve disease
- •Short Bowel Syndrome
- •Patients with low immune system (autoimmune)
