- •3. Patient scheduled for eledtive lower limb orthopedic surgeries under combined spinal epidural anesthesia.

- •1.Refusal for participation.
- •2.Known allergy or contraindication to the drugs used.
- •3.Cerebrovascular disease.
- •4.Intracranial hypertension
