- •All patients with Intertrochanteric fracture presenting to the institution during this period.
- •Low energy trauma
- •Fracture less than 3 weeks old
排除标准
- •Age < 50 years
- •High velocity trauma
- •Fractures due to pathological lesion in the proximal femur (Metastasis or primary bone tumors)
- •Patients not giving consent
- •Inability to walk prior to surgery
- •Fractures more than 3 weeks old
