入选标准
- •Patients aged 18 to 60 years of age of either gender
- •American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Class I and II
- •Sensory and motor function in affected limb will be selected
- •Surgery under Spinal anesthesia.
排除标准
- •previous femoral bypass surgery
- •patients with inguinal hernia
- •patients on previous opioid therapy, psychiatric disorders and polytrauma.
- •obese and short neck patients
- •coagulopathy
- •local infection at the site for block
- •history of allergy to the study drugs
- •surgery under Genreal anesthesia.
