入选标准
- •1.Apparently healthy young females within age range 18 to 35.
- •2.young females who are able to understand English and Igbo languages were permitted to participate since the study directives were communicated in both languages.
- •3.Nulliparous non-pregnant females who have not been actively engaging in trunk loading activities like carrying infants or front packs .This was to rule out the confounding influence of survivor effect .
排除标准
- •1.Young females with a history of neuromuscular or musculoskeletal pathologies of the spine,thorax and or lower limbs .
- •2.participants with limb length discrepancy and lower limb disability affecting their gait and balance .
- •3.young females with cardivascular diseases interfering with the heart rate
