- •Participants with elevated serum uric acid beyond the level of 6.8 mg/dl.
- •Age between 25-60 yrs
- •Patients irrespective of gender
- •Patients willing to give informed consent.

- •Secondary gout
- •Joint Deformities
- •Inflammatory joint disorders like RA, Reactive arthritis.
- •Pregnant and lactating mother
- •Known cases of Gastritis
- •Known case of other systemic illness
- •Known case of Psychiatric illness
- •Known case of Malignancy
