- •Ictus isquémico de hasta 12 horas de duración y sospecha etiológica (criterios TOAST) de cardioembolismo, aterotrombosis gran vaso, lacunar o de causa indeterminada.
- •Ingreso en unidad de Ictus.
- •TAC craneal que excluye AVC hemorrágico
- •Rankin previo al ictus <2
- •Consentimiento informado
