- •The study will include adults (18 years of age and older) with a congenital heart defect (ACHD), regardless of whether the defect is native or has been surgically and/or interventionally treated.
- •In Addition family doctors/general practitioners/practical physicians or general interns with practice location in Germany are included.
排除标准
- •Refusal by the patient to participate in the study, patients with cognitive impairments, or patients with language barriers that prevent them from understanding the study, or lack of informed consent.
