•1. Healhty Higher education students, aged between 18-23 years old.
•2. Able to communicate in Thai language
•3. Whitout pain at neck shoulder and upper limb
•4. Do not have abnormalities of eye muscles.
•5. Able to participate in the project throughout the study
•6. Whitout history of spinal trauma, upper limb injury or surgery on the neck and shoulder in the past 1 year.
•7. Using a smartphone with the right hand
•8. Voluntarily join the project and sign a consent form.

•1. People with bone, joint and musclular diseases that affect the neck and upper extremities such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other connective tissue diseases.
•2. People with abnormal vision that can not be corrected by wearing glasses or contact lenses.
