入选标准
- •1.Age 18 to 70 years,
- •2.IBD Group: Confirmed CD or UC diagnosis duration more than or equal to 6 months,
- •3.Control Group: No history of IBD, chronic inflammation, or established cardiovascular disease,
- •4.Ability to provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Established clinical ASCVD (e.g., MI, stroke),
- •2.Current or former smokers with a smoking history of more than 5 pack-years,
- •3.Current or prior use of statin therapy,
- •4.Hypertension (>140/90 mmHg or medication use),
- •5.Diabetes mellitus,
- •6.BMI more than or equal to 30 kg per metersquare,
- •7.Significant systemic autoimmune diseases (e.g., RA, SLE),
- •8.Chronic kidney disease (eGFR < 60).
