- •Elective surgical procedures under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
- •Age between 18 to 60 years age of either gender
- •Modified Mallampati class I & II
排除标准
- •1. Anticipated difficult airway
- •2. Baseline heart rate < 50 bpm
- •3. At risk for gastric aspiration
- •4. BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •5. Known allergy to lignocaine
