入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1 Type 2 diabetes patients
- •2 Both male and female patients with more than 12 years of diabetic history
- •3 Age >= 55 years
- •4 Severe neuropathy
排除标准
- •1. Patients with CA
- •2. Active neuropathic ulcer or history of neuropathic ulceration.
- •3. Patients with recent history of trauma/fracture, systemic inflammatory disease and osteomyletis.
- •5. Presence of any other cause of diffuse peripheral neuropathy
- •6. Previous or present treatment with cytotoxic drugs and/or radiotherapy
- •7. End stage renal disease with serum creatinine >160 umol/1 and patients undergone kidney transplantation.
