入选标准
- •Patients having the following 2 or more risk factors:-
- •Old age (more than 50yrs)
- •Prolonged diabetes mellitus ( more than 5yrs)
- •Obesity (BMI more than 30kg/m2 )
- •Decreased space between 2 spinous processes
- •Decreased cervical movements
排除标准
- •Patients with cardiac insufficiency
- •Patients with liver insufficiency
- •Patients with kidney insufficiency
- •Patients in sepsis
- •Patients with local anesthetic systemic toxicity
- •Patients given epidural analgesia along with spinal anesthesia
