入选标准
- •1. New York Heart Association(NYHA) classification â?? II to IV
- •2. Diagnosed with Heart Failure with reduced ejection fraction.
- •3. Left Ventricular ejection fraction of < 45%
- •4. Patients who are willing to consent for the study and able to read/understand the Kannada language.
- •5. Ability and willingness to operate the mobile phone for text message and respond for telephonic calling
排除标准
- •1. Patients with cognitive impairment
- •2. Patients who are critically ill unable to perform self-care activities.
- •3. Patients/ caregivers who do not use a mobile phone
- •4. Patients with other comorbidities having limited life expectancy such as chronic obstructive pulmonary, asthma, cancer, chronic kidney disease
