- •The sample will be composed of subjects who present a moderate level of pain (EVA-3) at the trigger points of the upper trapezius muscle during the clinical examination; which do not present coagulation dysfunctions; fibromyalgia; cervical radiculopathy; surgeries of head, neck, shoulder girdle; not on anti-inflammatory / acupuncture / muscle relaxant treatment.

- •If the evaluation does not appear; do not agree at any point in the study with the ICF; to give up at any stage of the research; or show Aicmophobia (fear of needles).
