简要总结
Palliative care forms the basic of healthcare particularly for patients dealing with cancer. This study aims at examining the knowledge about the same among the nursing staff working at Oncology hospital.
The study involves development of a questionnaire which shall undergo the process of validation. The validated questionnaire then will be used to examine the knowledge about palliative care among the stipulated nursing staff.

入选标准
- •Registered nurses having a diploma degree or bachelors degree in nursing or post graduate degree.
- •Having more than six months of clinical experience at wards/ units for serving patients diagnosed with cancer .
- •Providing direct bedside patient care for dying cancer patient at wards / units.
排除标准
- •Part time nurses, and nurses at managerial positions and nurse who does not provide direct patient care .
- •Not willing for written informed consent .
