- •Patients, aged 18 to 75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II, undergoing surgery under general anesthesia for 1 hour or more
排除标准
- •1) Anticipated difficult airway management
- •2) Patients with past history of neuromuscular disease
- •3) Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- •4) drug allergy to rocuroium
- •5) Patients undergoing major surgery with high possibility of massive bleeding or transfusion
- •6) Patients with implatable metal product such as cardiac pacamaker or ICD
- •7) Pregnancy
